Polaris is currently working on the project of automating GAM eServices (23 Services) using the RAD platform at Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship (MODEE). Polaris will build the required eServices to be used on-line, walk-in, and using the mobile application by service beneficiaries. In addition, Polaris will integrate the system with 44 different stakeholders.
Polaris team is providing onsite support for the launched 9 eServices for the CSPD eServices Project on the (RAD) Rapid Application Development Platform. Polaris provides full support for all solution components including the applications submission through walk-in channel used by CSPD representatives and using the web. CSPD clients can have three different segregated channels: (Web Portal, Walk-In or Mobile Application) to enable the public users to electronically submit applications requests without the need of physical appearance at CSPD service centers, and hence this would minimize the application submission time on the public users and increase the efficiency of CSPD internal users.
The implementation of eServices platform that facilitates the process of requesting services by citizens. The Municipal Suite of Services provides the citizens the ability to submit requests online for different types of services, where the platform fully automates the process of submission and approvals along with the integration with different system in HMM and other government entities, and provide the management with KPIs for work progress and different statistics
In an effort to facilitate the process of communication between citizens and municipality staff, the Jazan Municipality has established a unified platform for GIS based municipal eServices. Jazan municipality is investing significantly in improving the provided services to citizens in order to achieve totally integrated eservices that saves citizens time applying for municipal permits electronically. Jazan municipality’s goal is to have a single unified platform that replaces all scattered legacy systems in one platform to ensure data integrity and service simplicity to its citizens.

The implementation of eServices platform project that aims at implementing various integrated technology components to facilitate the development and online delivery of the 73 customer facing government services in addition to core applications: CRM, ECM, GL and Portal. Polaris is currently operating the system and implementing preplanned releases for enhancements to the launched services covering eServices enhancements and business intelligence.
Implementation of Passport Information System that manages the Passport life cycle from the moment an application is submitted until the time a new personalized passport is delivered to the applicant. Passport Information System supports the overall passport issuance process and sub processes such as approvals, inventory, archiving, watch lists, in addition to complimentary business supportive functions such as automated internal collaboration. Polaris is currently providing support and maintenance activities for the implemented services.
